Office opening hours

8am - 4pm

School Day

We operate an open door policy from 8.40am - 8.45am

For safety reasons we ask you not to bring your children before 8.40am as staff are busy with meetings and preparing for the day and there is no one available for supervision. Please collect your youngest child first at home time.

The weekly compulsory hours the school is open is 32.5hours.

Registrations for all classes is 8.45am - 8.50am

The end of the school day for all classes is 3.15pm

Breakfast Club is 8am - 8.35am

After School Club (Final Whistle) is 3.15 - 5.15pm

We also offer extra curricular clubs throughout the year, these are always emailed out to parents.

Final Whistle After School Care

At Hightown we provide After School Care Provision until 5.15pm Monday to Friday and can accommodate children for 1 or 2 hours.  Whilst arrangements are made in advance on a half termly basis we do accept 'ad-hoc' bookings, providing there is space available.

The children enjoy a healthy snack which varies on a daily basis and includes crackers and cheese, fruit and yoghurt based desserts.

We ensure your child will be kept busy and entertained whilst enjoying activities, including the following:

• Monday - ICT                                                                                     
• Tuesday - Creativity Night
• Wednesday - Hall Time/Team Activities                                                                        
• Thursday - Games Night                                                                                                 
• Fridays - Entertainment Night (Games or Film)
